Slow braised local organic grass fed (Old Salt CoOp outside Helena) beef tacos cooked with three kinds of dry chilis, spices, garlic, onions, orange juice, apple cider vinegar.  

Served on  homemade  blue corn tortillas using artisan blue corn masa with Oaxacan melting cheese and Cotija. Side of fresh cilantro, avocado, diced white onion, pickled red onion, and slice of lime.
