I believe in zero waste and will be selling any organic foods from previous night's menu that are still within the 7 day window and will be available at a slightly reduced cost.

I have several servings of roasted local organic delicata squash for purchase.  Roasted on April 2nd and will be a great side if eaten this Tuesday or Wednesday (alternatively, you could freeze them on delivery day).  Slow roasted with Graza olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
